✴️ an order confirmation will be sent to you through email after you fill out the pre-order form, you may pay once you receive the order confirmation. all the details and instructions for payment will be in the order confirmation email.🔵 strictly payment first. your order will be made once payment is received and proof of payment is sent. if payment is not received before the DOP (deadline of payment), the order will be canceled.﹡please note that the total indicated on the form is the subtotal and still does not include the additional fees (for customized orders only) and shipping fee yet. the subtotal will be paid first once the order confirmation is sent. the shipping fee will be paid once i email you again that your order is made.✴️ all the products are handmade, so there may be minor flaws. nonetheless, I will do my best to handle your product carefully.🔵 each product takes 3-4 hours at most to make. it may take days to ship depending on how many orders we receive or how busy I am.
